With over 25 years of experience within the car accessories industry, my professional expertise in automotive window tinting formally began in the mid-2000s. During this time, I managed 12v installations at a successful car and truck accessory shop in the Nashville area.
I quickly recognized a significant opportunity to optimize business operations by bringing window tinting services in-house, which were previously managed by third-party mobile specialists. This motivation initiated a hands-on, self-taught training journey. Through dedicated practice and refining precision cutting and installation techniques, I developed the skills necessary to master the craft.
Despite limited online training resources available in the early 2000s, my background in fine arts and existing automotive experience provided a strong foundation. This persistence and dedication led to consistent improvement, allowing me to successfully manage all customer window film installations, integrating a high-value service line into the shop’s operations.
