Agreement

These terms cover your use of www.mariostintshop.com, the website of Mario's Tint Shop in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You can still call the shop about a job. How we handle information collected on the site is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms cover the website. Work we do on a vehicle is the job you book with the shop, including the written quote and the written warranty the shop and the product manufacturer give you for that job.

Using the website

The site describes our window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and related services, and it lets you ask for a quote or apply for a job. Use it for that. Do not misuse the application form, try to break the site, or send applications that are not yours. We may refuse a submission that looks automated or abusive.

Submitting a job application does not hire you and is not a job offer. Applications are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Services and prices

Descriptions of services, film names, performance figures, package names, and any prices or "free quote" labels on this website are general information. They help you understand what the shop offers. They are not an offer to do a specific job at a specific price.

The price for your vehicle is the quote we confirm at the shop, or in writing, after we know the vehicle and the work. Every vehicle is quoted on its own. Performance figures and a "free quote" label are not your price. Sending a quote request does not create a contract and does not charge you. This website does not take payment.

Appointments and quotes

An appointment is the right way to come in. Calling, emailing, or sending the quote form does not by itself hold a bay. A time is confirmed when the shop confirms it.

Posted hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., by appointment; Sunday Closed. Saturday is by appointment. If the vehicle or the work is different from what you described, the time and the quote can change. A quote from the website form is a request for us to follow up. It is not the final price.

The visualizer

The page at /visualizer/ lets you preview sample window-tint shades and paint-protection coverage on generic 3D vehicles. It is an illustration only. The models are not your car. Darkness, color, and coverage on a real install can look different from the screen.

The page notes that Tennessee law requires a minimum of 35% VLT on front side, rear side, and rear windows. That note is general information, not a legal opinion about your car. We confirm a legal shade with you at the shop.

The preview runs in your browser. If you download the configuration PDF, it is saved on your device. The website does not upload that file. The quote button on the visualizer scrolls to the quote form. The visualizer itself does not send your build to the shop.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logo, page design, and 3D models on this website belong to Mario's Tint Shop or are used with permission. You may view the site and download your own visualizer PDF to bring to a quote with us. You may not copy the site, the photos, or the models for another business without our written permission.

Product names, including 3M, are trademarks of their owners. We are an authorized 3M dealer. That does not give you a license to use those marks.

Third-party services and links

The quote form is an iframe from app.tintwiz.com, operated by TintWiz. What you submit there is processed by TintWiz under TintWiz's own terms and privacy policy, at tintwiz.com/privacy-policy, and is then available to the shop so we can reply. We are not responsible for TintWiz's website or for how TintWiz handles information it collects.

Warranties

Warranties on the films and other products we install are offered by Mario's Tint Shop together with the manufacturers of those films and products. The warranty for a job is the written warranty the shop and the manufacturer give you for that work.

This website does not promise a specific warranty or a warranty period. Descriptions of films and services on the site are general information. They do not add a warranty, and they do not change the written warranty you receive for the job.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Tennessee law allows, Mario's Tint Shop is not liable for damages that come from using this website, relying on general information on it, or using the visualizer. That includes a quote that changes once we see the vehicle, and time spent using the site. We are not liable for third-party sites, including TintWiz, except for what we ourselves do with a request after it reaches the shop.

Nothing on this website limits a liability that Tennessee law does not allow us to limit. Work performed on a vehicle is covered by the agreement you make with the shop for that job, not by these website terms alone.

Tennessee law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Mario's Tint Shop is in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Tennessee law is the law that applies to this website. The shop's published address is 515 NW Broad St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Disputes about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you agree that those courts may hear them. This choice of law covers the website. It does not replace the written warranty the shop and the product manufacturer give you for a job, or a written work order.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. Continuing to use the website after we post a change means you accept the updated terms. A job you already booked keeps the written terms of that job.
